Toya Hasegawa (長谷川冬也 Hasegawa Tōya) is an employee of Nagai Industries in Dobuita and the right-hand man of Akira Nagai.
Biography
Toya used to be a gambler who traveled around the country. When he met Nagai somewhere in Yokosuka, Toya was attracted to Nagai’s personality and pledged loyalty to him over a drink. Despite his tough guy appearance, he lacks the true gangster spirit as he is good-natured at heart.
