Junfeng can be fought in Beverly Hills Wharf, Aberdeen. Depending on the order of who Ryo Hazuki stops and fights, Junfeng can either tell him he needs to find Cool Z at the scrapheap, give him a map of Beverly Hills Wharf, or take him to the scrapheap once he is defeated.
