Gangfang Lin (林岡芳 Lín Gāng Fāng) is a businessman in Hong Kong.
Shenmue II[]
Gangfang can be first seen as the bookie for the street fights at the upper floor of Pine Game Arcade in the Golden Quarter, Wan Chai. He is then seen again as a bookmaker for the Duck Races when Izumi Takano takes Ryo Hazuki there after he defeats her at Pine Game Arcade.
Gangfang is also a partner in Yuan and the Yellow Heads' backroom deals. He can be seen making a deal with Yuan and his men when Wuying Ren takes Ryo to the F Warehouse, where Ren interrupts their deal by turning off the lights, knocking out Gangfang and another guy and stealing the money, leaving Ryo to deal with Yuan and the other Yellow Heads. This scene only happens if the player succeeds the Command QTE where Ren attacks Ryo when the first meet.
Shenmue the Animation[]

Gangfang briefly appears in Shenmue the Animation Episode 9. He is seen in a warehouse making a deal with Yuan, until Ren knocks Gangfang and another guy out, steals the money and runs off with it, leaving Ryo to deal with Yuan and the Yellow Heads.
