Come Over Guest House (方来旅社) is an hotel in the Green Market Quarter, Wan Chai. The owner is Ren Dan. If anyone mentions Joy there will be a discount in rent. The discounted "Joy" price is $38 per night, it is unknown what the actual price is.

- It is noticeable that no keys to rooms have been taken besides Ryo's (Room 203). It is unknown if this is an error, or if there actually is no one staying at the hotel.
- There is a poster in Ryo's room with a picture of a man holding some kind of small bottle. This man is Hiroshi Fujioka, who is best known for his role as Segata Sanshiro in the Japanese Sega Saturn commercials. Fujioka is also the Japanese voice actor for Ryo's father Iwao Hazuki in Shenmue and Shenmue II. If Ryo locks onto the poster, he'll say that he remembers seeing the picture on the poster in Yokosuka, as the same picture appears in various locations in Yokosuka.
